After escaping to the surface, Alisa and Denis leave the hospital together, showing one relationship healing. However, Garin and Irina have a tense confrontation where Garin implicitly rejects Irina's appeals, showing their marriage remains fractured. Konstantinov is last seen driving in circles after the ambulance carrying Garin, leaving the triangle's resolution uncertain.
