Ankur Chadda, a real estate businessman, is still haunted by nightmares related to his failed marriage five years earlier. He struggles to maintain relationships, indicating deep emotional scars from his past. The story begins as he plans a trip to Rishikesh to finalize a real estate deal.

While in Rishikesh, Ankur meets Antara Khanna, a woman he knew from college. They reconnect and hit it off, encouraged by his best friend Rehan to pursue a relationship. Their chemistry sparks new hope for Ankur's emotional healing.

Ankur shares with Antara the details of his disastrous marriage with Prabhleen, highlighting their incompatible personalities and conflicts. He recounts how his wife did not like his family, and their frequent fights led to the breakdown of their relationship.
