When the priceless archaeological artifact “Mother of Barcika” is shipped on a special train for a national tour, the train derails at the sleepy Ivaros station. The engine, a gendarme, the relic and its guards become stranded in a pigsty, sparking chaos: the relic is wagered away, the station master loses authority, and the mayor’s daughter falls in unexpected love. Amid the turmoil, rivalries, romances and village intrigues collide before order is finally restored.
