Arun, from an affluent family, owns a haunted property. His friends conspire to sell it for profit and lure him into a deal. They break into the house, but eerie sounds like anklets and other hauntings spook them.

As the friends explore, the haunting escalates and the plan seems to backfire on them. Strange phenomena unsettle the intruders, and they start to suspect Arun might not be merely the owner. The possibility that Arun is a ghost becomes increasingly plausible.

Arun reveals he loves Akshara, who has been missing for days. Akshara returns and says she will go to Germany after passing a German test, challenging Arun's hold over her. Arun insists she cannot leave him, setting the stage for a painful confrontation.

Akshara leaves in an auto after a heated exchange. In a desperate moment, Arun tries to call her, but slips from the top floor and dies. His death seals the gap between the living and the supernatural.

When the friends re-enter the house, they discover they can hear Arun and even feel his presence. He asks them to bring Akshara back to fulfill his last wish. The dynamic shifts from greed to a supernatural plea for closure.

One friend reveals Akshara is accused of being a cheat, allegedly pretending love for money as hinted by the ashramam. Akshara fires back, insisting the house now belongs to her and that everyone should leave.

Arun's presence grows stronger as he physically shuts doors and windows. Akshara tries to escape but the house resists, trapping her inside. The eerie power of the ghostly owner becomes undeniable.

Akshara's attempt to exit ends with a door staying shut, trapping her further inside. The friends confer and realize they should not let selfish real estate ambitions ruin lives.
