Malibu's Most Wanted

The film opens with Bill Gluckman, a Jewish senator from Malibu, who is focused on securing the governor's seat. His lavish lifestyle contrasts with the political ambitions that drive him, showcasing the pressures he faces as a candidate.

Bill's son, Brad, known as B-Rad, is introduced as a young man more interested in emulating rap icons than in his father's political career. This carefree and superficial attitude becomes a point of contention within the campaign team as they worry about the potential impact on Bill's aspirations.

In an effort to mature B-Rad, Bill's campaign managers devise a misguided plan. They hire two inexperienced actors, Sean and PJ, to stage a kidnapping and transport B-Rad to South Los Angeles, believing that the tougher environment will lead him to grow up.
