In 1938 Paris, a nightclub hosts couples dancing to Latin beats—rumba, cucaracha, tango—and to the Charleston, foxtrot and Boston. Among the women, local pimps and Mussolini’s spies clash on the floor and in the streets. A police inspector must restore order as bodies appear and the Mafia and spies set deadly traps for each other.
