Kiss of the Dragon

Liu Siu-jian, a dedicated Chinese intelligence agent, arrives in Paris on a vital mission to capture the notorious mob boss, Mr. Big. His objective is to disrupt the heroin trafficking operations tied to Mr. Big.

Upon arrival, Liu meets Inspector Jean-Pierre Richard, a French detective with dubious integrity. Liu believes Richard is helping him monitor a meeting involving Mr. Big, unaware of Richard's ulterior motives.

During the surveillance, Liu and his team watch as Mr. Big is introduced to two prostitutes, including Jessica Kamen. As the atmosphere shifts, Mr. Big dismisses everyone, leaving only the women in a vulnerable position.

In a shocking turn of events, one of the prostitutes attempts to assassinate Mr. Big. Liu rushes to intervene, but chaos ensues with the sudden arrival of Richard, who shoots both Mr. Big and the prostitute, setting Liu up for the crime.

Realizing he has been framed, Liu narrowly escapes the hotel with vital evidence, a surveillance tape of the incident. This tape contains crucial footage of Richard's betrayal and Liu's innocence.

Chinese officials arrive in France to investigate the incident but remain skeptical of Richard's narrative blaming Liu. Liu, desperate to prove his innocence, contacts a liaison to present the damning evidence.

The meeting with Liu's liaison is intercepted by French police, leading to a tragic ambush. The liaison is killed amidst the chaos, forcing Liu to go into hiding to evade capture.

While in hiding, Liu unexpectedly encounters Jessica, who reveals her daughter, Isabel, has been abducted by Richard. This revelation deepens Liu's resolve to prove his innocence and rescue Isabel.

Jessica hesitates to assist Liu without first rescuing her daughter. Liu understands that acquiring the tape is crucial and decides to send Jessica to steal it from Richard's office.

In a daring move, Jessica manages to retrieve the surveillance tape from Richard's office. With the tape in hand, they set out to find Isabel, unaware of the dangers that await them.

Liu and Jessica head to an orphanage where Isabel is held, but Richard anticipates their move and has set a deadly trap. The situation escalates during their escape.

During their escape, Jessica is grievously wounded when shot in the chest. Liu, driven by determination, rushes her to the hospital in a desperate bid to save her life.

Liu storms the police station where Isabel is being held hostage, battling through Richard's henchmen. He successfully rescues Isabel but suffers a gunshot wound in the process, showcasing the high stakes of his mission.

In a dramatic confrontation, Liu employs an acupuncture technique known as the 'kiss of the dragon' to defeat Richard. This intense showdown results in Richard's painful demise, ending his reign of terror.

With Richard defeated, Liu survives his injuries and triumphantly returns Isabel to her grateful mother, Jessica. This marks the end of Liu's harrowing ordeal and the restoration of justice.
