In Rio de Janeiro's wealthy Barra da Tijuca neighborhood, four high school girls—Bia, Michele, Mariana, and Renata—live privileged but detached lives. Their morbid fascination blurs the boundaries between life and death, leading them down a dangerous path of obsession and threatening to unravel their friendships.
