Four years have passed since the disastrous events at Lockwood Estate and the eruption on Isla Nublar, leading to dinosaurs now roaming freely around the world. The unchecked presence of these de-extinct species causes major ecological upheaval and creates serious threats for human life.

Biosyn Genetics establishes a dinosaur sanctuary in the picturesque Dolomite Mountains of Italy, where they claim to conduct innovative genomics research. Their monopoly on dinosaur studies leads to a substantial increase in their profits, even as ecological risks rise globally.

Claire Dearing, alongside Zia Rodriguez and Franklin Webb, continues to advocate for dinosaur welfare through the Dinosaur Protection Group. They actively work to uncover illegal breeding operations, fighting against the exploitation of these creatures.

Claire and Owen Grady take refuge in a cabin in the Sierra Nevada Mountains where they care for Maisie Lockwood, a young girl with a unique DNA lineage. They must protect her from genetic research firms looking to exploit her and her rarity.

Owen's trained Velociraptor, Blue, returns home with a hatchling, which Maisie names Beta. This new addition draws Maisie out of her isolated life, ultimately leading to her abduction by Biosyn operatives.

Dr. Ellie Sattler uncovers a resurgence of giant locusts believed to have been extinct, wreaking havoc on global crops. She realizes that crops grown with Biosyn seeds remain untouched, raising suspicions about the company's involvement.

Determined to expose Biosyn's role in the locust crisis, Ellie recruits her former partner, Dr. Alan Grant, to help her infiltrate the Biosyn facility. Their goal is to obtain a DNA sample to demonstrate Biosyn's malfeasance.

After deducing the location of Maisie and Beta, Claire reaches out to Franklin for assistance. They track the kidnapper, Rainn Delacourt, to Malta, where they confront a dangerous dinosaur black market and face unexpected chaos.

As authorities raid the black market operation in Malta, Delacourt retaliates by unleashing predatory dinosaurs. In this frantic encounter, Delacourt meets his demise while revealing that he was working under orders from Soyona Santos.

With assistance from Barry Sembène, Claire, and Owen discover that Maisie and Beta are being taken to Biosyn's research site in Italy. They enlist the help of Kayla Watts, a skilled cargo pilot, to reach their destination.

Dr. Ian Malcolm, now conflicted about his role at Biosyn, seeks Ellie’s help to expose CEO Dr. Lewis Dodgson's illegal activities. They are joined by Dr. Henry Wu, whose intentions shift as he reveals the horrors behind the engineered locusts.

As Maisie escapes captivity with Beta, Claire, Owen, and Kayla navigate through a series of intense encounters within the Biosyn facility. The tension escalates when a Quetzalcoatlus attacks their aircraft, separating the group.

After discovering the group's infiltration, Dodgson reacts by incinerating evidence of his illegal operations, which causes a massive fire. As the facility starts to go into chaos, the group must evacuate and confront ongoing threats.

In a heart-stopping finale, the protagonists face terrifying creatures, including a Giganotosaurus and a Therizinosaurus. The fight for survival culminates in Dodgson's downfall, as the very dinosaurs he sought to control retaliate.

With the authorities alerted and alliances solidified, the remaining threats from Biosyn are neutralized. The film concludes as dinosaurs head towards sanctuary, signaling a new relationship between humans and dinosaurs in this evolving world.
