A theatre group led by renowned director Stan prepares a play exposing the dark side of the pharmaceutical industry. To support the actors and ensure a smooth production, Stan hires psychotherapist Dr. Franz. However, she manipulates the team by having them take the drug Zyprecs, seemingly to encourage them to portray the industry positively. As the premiere approaches, the actors experience increasingly severe side effects and nervous breakdowns, while Dr. Franz’s involvement in both the production and artistic direction deepens, blurring the lines between therapy and control.
