A grotesquely deformed female specimen from the Pleistocene—called the Ice Queen—is being shipped in cryogenic stasis when mercenaries ambush the convoy. They transfer her to a plane, where she awakens, kills the pilot and crashes into a mountain resort. Surviving the wreck, the Ice Queen launches a savage rampage through the hotel, forcing the guests and staff into a desperate fight for survival.
