Earlier in the battle, Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue's scheme to summon Rakushaasa foreshadows this draining attack.

The wandering monk appears when the Gaorangers are at their lowest point after Rakushaasa drains their battle spirits. He reveals that Super Sentai are real, multi-colored warrior teams from throughout history, and explains that the Gaorangers are the latest in this long legacy. His appearance seems timely and possibly magical, suggesting he exists outside normal human understanding of the Super Sentai world.

Banba Soukichi is revealed to be Banba, Big One from J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, one of the earliest Super Sentai teams. He reveals himself during the battle to aid the Gaorangers when they face Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue. With Miku's help, Banba assists Sai in rescuing Kakeru from Rakushaasa's clutches, proving that veteran heroes are willing to fight alongside the current generation.

Gao King forms when energy from past Super Sentai combined mecha forms converges during the battle against Rakushaasa's giant form. This powerful new ally emerges specifically to counter the giant Rakushaasa that threatening the city. Gao King fires a devastating blast that annihilates Rakushaasa's giant form, representing the combined strength of all previous Super Sentai teams.

Tamashi refers to the pure fighting spirit that exists within the Gaorangers. After Red Falcon summons 23 other Red Warriors from Super Sentai history to inspire them, this awakens Tamashi within the Gaorangers. Kakeru then channels this awakened Tamashi power to unleash Damashi, a powerful strike that disintegrates Rakushaasa completely. The former Sentai explain that Tamashi is necessary to seal the threat permanently.

The former Sentai vanish after their mission is complete because their purpose was to help the Gaorangers defeat Rakushaasa. Once the threat is eliminated and the Gaorangers have proven they can stand on their own, the veteran heroes return to their own time or dimension. Their appearance was temporary, summoned by the Gaorangers' need and the legacy connection between generations of Sentai teams.

Kakeru unlocks Damashi when the combined presence of all the Red Warriors from Super Sentai history awakens the Tamashi within him. Red Falcon specifically summons 23 other Red Warriors to inspire the Gaorangers, and this legendary assembly triggers Tamashi's awakening. Kakeru becomes the vessel to channel this pure fighting spirit into the final attack that destroys Rakushaasa.

When the Gaorangers return to Gao Base, they find Tetomu in a faint state, barely murmuring that she barely remembers Rakushaasa's appearance. This suggests she experienced something during the battle that affected her memory or consciousness. The narrator confirms the adventure was real, leaving the implication that Tetomu's memory loss may be a side effect of the intense events or the legacy powers at play.

Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue initially summon and work with Rakushaasa to defeat the Gaorangers, but when the tide turns against them, Rakushaasa drains power from them to rejuvenate himself. This act of betrayal by Rakushaasa causes Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue to flee in panic, and their sudden weakness becomes the source of Rakushaasa's renewed attack on the Super Sentai.
