Journalist Jonis arrives on Aegina with his daughter Alice, blending work with a vacation. At the island’s port, Aliki encounters Jean, a scion of an aristocratic family who hides his true lineage by posing as Giannaros, the local drunkard. When they meet again he reveals himself as Jean, leading Alice to think she has discovered Giannaros’ twin brother.
