Eric Keller spends his days skipping classes to hustle strangers at a local golf course. He is secretly being observed by two anonymous men, signaling he is a target. The surveillance hints at a larger scheme to come, foreshadowing trouble ahead.

Keller attends a college party with friends, including Tyler Hayden who hopes to grow his PAHR Fairway-Essentials business. Mandy, Tyler's sister, shows interest in Keller but Tyler disapproves of his lifestyle. The night grows tense when Keller is pressured into having sex with a random student, an action Mark secretly records.

The next day Mark plays the secret recording at Tyler's PAHR shop, exposing Keller's indiscretion and hurting Mandy in the process. Mandy's trust in Keller fractures, straining their budding relationship. The fallout ripples through the group and sets the stage for further trouble.

Keller agrees to face the two anonymous men, who are revealed to be plastic surgeons from NuBoobs, Dr. Carlton and Dr. Hamilton. They offer a brutal deal: if Keller wins, he gets $50,000; if they win, he becomes a test subject for their experiments.

It turns out the same hustling helper from the golf course has aligned with the surgeons to hustle Keller. The uneasy alliance is revealed as Keller signs the wager and prepares for the confrontation.

Keller loses the match and tries to back out, but the surgeons taser him unconscious. He wakes up in his own home to discover he has been implanted with breast implants overnight.

Keller and Tyler confront NuBoobs demanding reversal, but the surgeons set a deadline: reverse the operation only if Keller can come up with $50,000 within two weeks, or they will mail his post-surgery photos to his family.

Tyler attempts to land a sponsorship from rapper Ice Pyk and brings Mark to the meeting, but their behavior gets them kicked out of Ice Pyk's building. The failed attempt heightens the stakes for PAHR and Keller.

Encouraged by Tyler, Keller returns to the golf course and starts winning money by beating various opponents, gradually becoming comfortable playing with his implants. The winnings begin to accumulate as confidence grows.

A repo man pursues Keller for the Mustang; in a bid to fix the situation, Mark sabotages the brakes, causing the repo man to crash the car. The incident underscores the growing chaos surrounding Keller.

Over two weeks, Keller and Tyler manage to earn $42,000 through golf winnings, but they are still eight thousand short of the required amount. The looming deadline intensifies the pressure and uncertainty.

Keller proposes a final gamble: if he and Tyler can beat the surgeons in one last match, the reversal will be free; otherwise Tyler must give up PAHR. The stakes are raised as the clock ticks toward the deadline.

Mandy arrives at the final moment with Keller's father, who convinces Keller to pursue golf again and trust in himself. Empowered by family support, Keller channels his renewed confidence and fights for victory.

The surgeons refuse to reverse the surgery despite losing, but Ice Pyk's bodyguards chase them away, and Ice Pyk agrees to work with PAHR, signaling a strategic partnership for the future.

The film ends with a montage of commercials for PAHR Golf and NuBoobs, signaling the start of a new era for both ventures and a redefined path for Keller and his circle.
