Seenu, a young orphan who earns money by playing the Ektara, meets Junnu at a Pani Puri stall and is instantly drawn to her quirky nature. When she asks for a tune, Seenu creates an original melody on the spot, and their friendship begins. This initial spark sets the tone for their growing bond.

From that day on, Seenu and Junnu meet every day near Indravati Park by Ramakrishna Signal, sharing music and moments. Junnu gives Seenu a ₹100 note each day without revealing her identity, while Seenu gifts her a set of bangles in return. Their routine deepens their bond and trust.

Their friendship is put to the test when Junnu's father is transferred to Delhi. Before they part, Junnu writes her phone number on a ₹100 note and passes it to Seenu, hoping for a future connection. A thief named Pandu steals the note, and Seenu gives chase, setting off a chain of consequences.

Seenu's pursuit ends in a road accident when he is struck by a car driven by Sarojini. He survives and is taken in by Sarojini and her husband Prakash, who adopt him, fulfilling Sarojini's promise to do something good for him. This act changes Seenu's life forever.

As the park area around Indravati Park is demolished, Seenu and Junnu's families struggle to locate each other. Seenu continues to jog around the area daily, hoping to meet Junnu again. Junnu crafts a single bangle from the original set Seenu had given her, a symbol of their bond.

Fourteen years pass and Seenu is now known as Avinash, while Junnu has become Priya. They lead affluent lives but feel a hollow ache from the missing friendship that once defined them. A chance phone call from an Uber driver hints at a possible reunion.

In the present, Pandu steals Avinash's phone, preventing him from contacting Priya. Undeterred, Avinash resolves to retrieve the stolen device so he can reach her, reigniting his determination to reconnect with his childhood friend.

The backstory reveals Priya's sadness in Delhi as her father is set to transfer to the United States. Before leaving for the US, Priya travels to Hyderabad to search for Seenu and to attend Kavita's wedding, hoping to reconnect with him.

While picking up his mother at the airport, Avinash and Priya notice each other but fail to recognize their childhood bond. The missed recognition leaves them unchanged in the moment, but seeds a future possibility.

Priya befriends street children by giving ₹100, reinforcing their bond with a shared generosity. She later meets Sarojini on a flight, who hopes Priya will become her daughter-in-law, weaving Priya deeper into the social circle that shaped Avinash’s life.

Back in the present, Avinash retrieves his phone and learns that Junnu is at the Rockfort Music Festival. He encounters Priya there, they forgive each other, and Avinash presents her with a new bangle before leaving, signaling a rekindled bond.

Avinash returns to a music stall and plays the childhood tune on a violin. Priya, drawn by the sound, searches for the musician and finally hears him. When Avinash softly says Junnu, she responds with a confirmed gesture and they share a heartfelt embrace.
