Milk‑cannery magnate Jakub Simonides is crushed by the Canned Milk‑Trust. While wandering with worker Filip Kornet he learns he still holds title to a half‑completed apartment building. Together they rally the laborers, finish the structure and convert it into a collective dairy. The cooperative thrives, leading to a chaotic police chase, slapstick mishaps and crashes, and ultimately the workers buy out the Milk‑Trust.
