Thalaivar [Ravi Mariya] plots to clinch a Chief Minister election by rigging the outcome in a daring way: he wants to plant a bomb under the stage during the big day. The plan centers on a bomb hidden inside a bag that resembles the many bags handed out by the ruling party, and Idi [Namo Narayanan] is tasked with assembling the right men for the job. The tension between power, fear, and loyalty threads through the opening as Thalaivar’s scheme sets the movie in motion.

Ramya, [Nikki Galrani], begins a meticulous purge of her personal life, gathering mementos and calling the ex, Hari [Gautham Ram Karthik], who doesn’t answer. She then reaches out to Hari’s friend Kathir [Sathish], asking him to tell Hari to reclaim the items Ramya had given during their relationship. Kathir accompanies Hari’s business, visiting A to Z Funeral Services that Hari runs, and the two head to Hari’s house to collect the clothes and keepsakes Ramya left behind, including a quirky pair of Angry Birds underwear. They cap it off with a drink at a liquor store before they meet Ramya again, a sequence that foreshadows the tangled emotional map of the film. Hari’s actions—putting items into a party bag and joining Kathir for drinks—signal how personal memories collide with political machinery.

Parallel to this, Idi recruits Spike [Rajendran] and Kumaru [Karunakaran] to plant the bomb, with Spike portraying the brains and Kumaru the muscle. Thalaivar warns them about a critical risk: if the operation goes sideways, they should cut the red wire to disable the device, but never touch the green wire, or the bomb will explode on the spot. He hands them cash in advance, and a quiet plan forms that intertwines with the broader political corruption at play. Kumaru, thinking ahead, talks about saving a portion of their money for their families, and Spike agrees, hinting at a murky, damaged sense of loyalty and desperation that threads through the film.

Into this mixed bag of crime and desire steps Ravi [Bala Saravanan], an opportunist who notices a man tossed from a shop for counterfeit money. Ravi helps the man learn how to exchange counterfeit notes and is introduced to Cash [Kovai Babu], who provides counterfeit money for laundering. After Ravi completes the exchange, Cash hands him 10 million counterfeit rupees in a party bag and pushes him to launder it again, revealing a network of corruption that underpins the film’s satirical edge.

Kumaru’s world expands as he visits Jalaja, a prostitute, with the money that supposedly he had given to his family. Spike arrives as well, and comedy erupts when Kumaru discovers Jalaja’s web of affairs with multiple men. Ramya’s present-day life unfolds as she rents a room at Hara Hara Mahadevaki Resort, sharing details of her romance with Hari and the messy, human aftermath of their relationship. A flashback reveals how Ramya and Hari first met at a temple. On an auspicious day, Ramya bathes in the river, while Hari is also there; a pair of kids steal Hari’s towel, and a naked Hari becomes a memorable, if embarrassing, first impression on Ramya. A series of awkward encounters—Ramya stumbling into Hari in the men’s bathroom, Hari accusing her of stalking, and a police officer mediating—builds the foundation for their eventual dating. The Head of Department at Ramya’s college later corrects the record, apologizing and permitting Ramya to return to class, repairing a small breach of trust and setting the stage for their evolving relationship.

Back in the present, Hari drives toward a liquor store and fatefully picks up Spike along the road. After delivering Spike, Hari accidentally grabs the bag that contains the planned bomb, while Spike mistakenly takes the bag containing the Angry Birds underwear. The film’s momentum then pivots toward a new crisis, with Geetha and her husband at Hara Hara Mahadevaki Resort frantically searching for their missing eight-year-old daughter Harini. The newly introduced Inspector Hameed [R. K. Suresh] promises to locate the child, and a mysterious stranger—the kidnapper—emerges as the threat behind Harini’s disappearance, demanding ten million rupees. The story loops back to Ramya’s call to Hari after her family’s trip to Thirupathi, signaling how past decisions echo into the present danger and fueling a suspenseful arc that blends political intrigue, personal stakes, and a race to rescue a child.

As the plot threads tighten, the film blends dark comedy with a shadowy underworld of counterfeit money, political manipulation, and a kidnapping crisis that tethers all the principal characters to a single, tense outcome.
