Two young men working as cash collectors on the outskirts of Moscow find solace in each other's company, their lives revolving around the constant movement of money. Seeking something more, they attend a local poetry class and observe cockfights, searching for meaning in their mundane existence. This search leads them to a surprising and drastic decision—to rob a bank—as they grapple with themes of friendship, betrayal, and the isolating nature of their world. The film explores the complexities of human connection and the struggles of maintaining honesty in a harsh environment.
