Beneath the glamour of the Antonia Graza's ballroom, a sinister figure activates a concealed mechanism. A wicked wire rapidly slices through the dance floor, causing chaos and horror as passengers are gruesomely struck down, leaving only a young girl named Katie spared through luck and the valiant protection of the ship's captain.

As Katie watches in horror, the ship's captain suffers a grotesque fate, his face splitting in a horrific display. This traumatic moment leaves a lasting scar on her memory as she screams in terror, marking the beginning of the ship's dark legacy.
