Henry Brogan, a talented ex-Marine Scout Sniper, undertakes a mission for the Defense Intelligence Agency to eliminate a faceless terrorist aboard a high-speed train. However, his instincts kick in when a young girl approaches his target, causing him to hesitate and accidentally hit the man in the neck instead.
