Sujitha 'Suji', a computer science teacher, files a missing complaint about her student Ramya at the local police station. When the investigation stalls, she escalates the issue to the DGP, highlighting a pattern of disappearances of women in the village. Her complaint also implicates Malaiarasan, the school's head and the illicit activity around Kottaiarasan.

The DGP appoints a special officer to go undercover as a PT teacher at the school. Saravanan joins the staff and teams up with Singaram to implement the plan. Together they begin observing students and the school's environment for signs of abuse and drug use.

Singaram tries to curry favor with Suji by buying alcohol for her grandfather, which triggers Malaiarasan's harassment. Suji beats Amaldass for harassing her, and Malaiarasan confronts her, attempting to molest her. Mutharasu intervenes and saves Suji from the attack.

At a bar, Agasalingam challenges Malaiarasan to a fight. Singaram flees, but Saravanan steps in and defeats Malaiarasan and his men, saving Agasalingam. Suji later recognizes Saravanan as the hero who fought off her attackers.

Suji becomes convinced Saravanan is undercover. He arranges sponsorship to provide shoes for the school's underprivileged students and, with Nadimuthu, begins investigating drug use among the pupils. The push to clean up the school signals a broader crackdown on Malaiarasan's operation.

Saravanan underscores the illicit activities by watching the Malaiarasan brothers at night. Gokul, a student, falls from a building and sustains serious injuries, prompting emergency care at the hospital. Suji follows Gokul's classmate, who witnessed the incident, to the hospital.

It is revealed that Gokul's injuries were not an accident but part of a cover-up by Kottaiarasan. That same night, Saravanan disguises himself and targets Kottaiarasan's illicit spirit factory, brutally beating his men and burning the factory to the ground.

Pattasamy manipulates Singaram into kidnapping Malaiarasan's nephew, Muthu, to settle his losses, but Singaram's attempts eventually fail. The plan unravels as the kidnapping does not go as intended.

Suji finds Ramya's watch in another student's possession, triggering further inquiries. She and Muthu follow leads to learn that Muthu supplied drugs and that Ramya was killed for discovering secret nude-video recordings of girls in the school bathroom. Ramya was Thaiyamma's daughter, a housemaid in Malaiarasan's household.

Muthu abducts Suji and takes her to a brick kiln with plans to burn her alive. Saravanan arrives and fights off Muthu's men, rescuing Suji. He forces Muthu to call his father, Mudiarasan, who arrives from abroad; Nadimuthu's undercover identity is revealed, casting doubt on Saravanan's true identity.

Nadimuthu is confirmed as an undercover officer, leading to suspicions about Saravanan's own identity. The tension within the team rises as loyalties are tested.

Saravanan recounts his personal vendetta against the Arasan brothers. He explains Madhavi's murder and his imprisonment due to Maasilamani's manipulation. He then teams up with Singaram, Nadimuthu, and Pattasamy to loot 100 crores, with Suji joining to seek justice.

They map out the heist: the locker holds three key pieces; Saravanan has two; they plan to abduct Charles to access the vault. Singaram pretends to be Charles for repairs while Nadimuthu sabotages distractions; a spy camera is planted to gather intel. The operation proceeds with diversions and a daring climb to retrieve the money.

The team breaches the vault during a theater show, triggering a dramatic exit as Maasilamani and the police arrive. Most of the team escapes, but the fake Saravanan loots the money and the real Saravanan's fate remains uncertain. The money is later found hidden inside an air-filled Vishal cutout in the film Madha Gaja Raja.

Months pass with no news of Saravanan; Nadimuthu discovers that the real Saravanan is in prison and the 'fake' Saravanan is the impostor who led the heist. The fake Saravanan receives a tip about 200 crores hidden in Goa, setting him up for a next heist. In a separate thread, Maasilamani and his men brutally torture Mudiarasan and kill Madhavi, heightening the drive for revenge.
