The film presents water landscapes as transparent surfaces, offering unfiltered, transfigured views of nature. Close‑up fragments without a horizon give a sense of flatness, while plants reflected symmetrically become graphic motifs. Light’s sharp reflections, wave glints and fish shadows act like echo‑sounders, revealing the riverbed’s uneven ground.
