In 2007, crime has turned Los Angeles and other major cities into uninhabitable “Hell Zones,” controlled by gangs. The zone, formerly the “Zone of Personal Freedom,” is run by mastermind Drexal (Joseph Ruskin), who stages Death Ring fights where winners claim glory and losers lose their lives. Police officers Braniff (Chad McQueen) and Sledge (Gary Daniels) go undercover, risking their badges to infiltrate the LA Hell Zone.
