In Edo‑period Osaka, Sanada Yukimura, facing defeat, impregnates one of five Shinano kunoichi with Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s seed to preserve the bloodline. Princess Sen and the ninja flee the castle disguised as handmaidens. Tokugawa Ieyasu learns the secret and dispatches five Iga ninja led by Hattori Hanzō to eliminate the women.
