Life in the modest family home follows its usual rhythm: Per is the school’s prankster, his sister deals with heartbreak, and Mie and Ole are rehearsing for a school play. The routine is shattered when Uncle Anders discovers he has a twin brother in the United States. The twin, Sofus, arrives for Anders’ 70th birthday, bringing the same mischievous streak that made him a troublemaker years ago—now amplified.
