A new Holy Grail War unfolds in the American city of Snowfield, years after the events in Japan. Masters and their summoned Heroic Spirits, known as Servants, compete for control of the Holy Grail, a wish-granting artifact. However, this war is shrouded in deception, with irregularities such as a missing Servant class and impossible summonings. The city itself has been constructed as a battleground, and a nation's secrets remain hidden. As the conflict descends into madness, a dangerous masquerade of humans and heroes begins.
