A rivalry ignites between the Akabane 100 Club and the Ikebukuro Cavalry. Yukiko, the club’s “Bankaku,” is freed from reform school and seeks a one‑on‑one grudge against Arab Falcon and the Cavalry. The film features a theme song by 1970s Japanese Group‑Sounds band Carol, performance footage, and blends rock and sukeban culture into a piece of cinema.
