Enrique discovers a check issued after an accident and murders a man he thinks stole it. The check is uncashed, so he forges the signature and tries to silence anyone who could expose him, including his girlfriend Clara, who works at a law office and mentioned it. The police investigate, while Pedrito, the inspector’s son, conducts an inquiry.
