Sankur makes a deal to purchase a shotgun while an eyeborg watches the transaction, highlighting the reach of ODIN into illicit activity. The eyeborg is discovered, the deal is aborted, and Sankur escapes as the other party is killed. The failed exchange marks the first brush with lethal consequences under the system's watch.

G-Man delivers a rare banned North Carolina tobacco to Brandon in a car, only to have them killed after they smoke it. A large six-armed eyeborg interrupts, ending their encounter in a brutal, public display of the system's reach. The tragedy removes a central band figure and foreshadows broader dangers.

With Brandon missing, Jarett becomes the lead singer of Painful Daze at the next night’s gig. Eyeborgs swarm the venue as Sankur infiltrates, triggering an alarm and a panic; Sankur attempts to shoot Jarett but is blocked by an eyeborg, leaving Jarett unharmed but guitar broken. It’s revealed that Jarett is the President’s nephew, adding political stakes to the artistic upheaval.

Sankur is taken to the regional DHS office for questioning, where a video purportedly showing him as the killer is presented. He protests his innocence, but the staff press on, while four eyeborgs detach to threaten him. The escalating pressure hints at a system turning against even its own suspects.

During interrogation, the door to Sankur’s holding room opens as the eyeborgs attack, allowing him to slip away. A tense foot chase leads him to level six, where a waiting elevator reveals a prowling eyeborg that pushes him to his death. The pursuit demonstrates the eyes’ willingness to kill to preserve a narrative.

Jarett and Ronni share a moment as the President declares war on the fictional Zimbekistan, capturing Ronni’s attention. She shows him a large bank deposit in their account tied to Zimbekistan, hinting at deeper manipulation behind political events. The couple’s personal life becomes entangled with national-scale intrigue.

Barbara and Eric discover a video file in Sankur’s apartment and begin verifying its authenticity. Eric later tries to expose the truth, but is attacked by a new eyeborg, crashes a news van, and is killed by a flamethrower eyeborg. Barbara continues to pursue the story, even as the threat tightens around them.

G-Man is suddenly attacked and killed by a large eyeborg, and Jarett discovers the body. Agent Gunner grows suspicious that the system has been compromised and asks Jarett to help warn the President, suspecting ODIN’s manipulation goes beyond ordinary surveillance. The threat landscape continues to widen rapidly.

Ronni is attacked by eyeborgs while attempting to reach Jarett and is found dead with wrists slit, suggesting a staged suicide or coercion. Gunner and Jarett confront the grim reality that the threat is closer than ever. The personal losses heighten the urgency to act against the system.

Jim Bradley and Gunner uncover a secret room in G-Man’s place containing weapon plans for eyeborgs and a malleable C4 variant embedded in Jarett’s guitar pickguard. Warbots swarm the DHS, and Barbara’s camera bot crashes the scene as she tries to reveal the truth. The center becomes a battlefield for control of the narrative.

Barbara guides Gunner toward Jarett while two newer eyeborgs launch a deadly assault, killing most in sight. She sacrifices herself by detonating Jarett’s guitar bomb and the basement flammables, destroying the Millennium Center and broadcasting the truth to the nation. The blast marks a dramatic reversal in the public’s understanding of ODIN’s power.

With the Millennium Center collapse broadcast nationwide, the President is declared dead and the vice-president is sworn in, while Jarett’s alleged betrayal is amplified by manipulated footage. Barbara’s video spreads across the internet, challenging ODIN’s control and stoking public outrage. Gunner acknowledges the new reality and the fragile state of democracy.

In the final act, Gunner shoots an eyeborg in an alley and proclaims that he no longer needs their eyes. The line signals a personal rebellion against the omnipresent surveillance apparatus and hints at human autonomy returning, even if the larger political machine remains in motion. The film ends on a note of wary defiance.
