However, the seemingly perfect doctor harbors a dark secret. Driven by her own repeated infertility struggles, Dr. Barnes manipulates the situation by switching sonograms and falsely advising Aubrey to stay in bed. This allows her to isolate Aubrey and pursue a disturbing obsession with Matt.
