Chihaya and Kagetsuya, polar‑opposite angels from Eden, are sent to Earth to record the deeds—both good and bad—of its inhabitants, the Earthians. If more than 10,000 negative reports are tallied, the planet will be destroyed. As one of many angelic pairs judging humanity, they clash at first but gradually form a deep bond.
