J.W. Garrison, head of a secret UN sub‑agency, uncovers that terrorist Oliver Maxwell’s group is building an anthrax‑filled bomb for the United States. He calls CIA operative Zack Hamilton, who forms a three‑woman team—a CIA trainer, a photographer and an actress—to go undercover as fashion models and infiltrate the cell before the weapon can be used.
