Dracula 2000

In 1897 England, the ominous schooner Demeter approaches port. Its crew lies lifeless, with the captain bound to the wheel, marking the grim arrival of Dracula.

Fast forward to 2000 London, where Matthew Van Helsing, an elderly antiquities collector, discusses a medieval crossbow acquisition. He intends to enrich his collection at the Carfax Museum, which houses a fortified vault surrounded by mystery.

Solina, a colleague of Matthew, hatches a plan to infiltrate the museum's vault. With her crew—including Marcus, Trick, and others—they successfully crack the security codes to access the vault.

Inside the vault, the thieves uncover a coffin among the artifacts, leading to a fatal trap. Eddie and Dax meet grisly ends when they trigger spikes, alerting Matthew to the unfolding chaos.

Matthew rushes to the vault only to find the coffin has vanished through a tunnel, leaving him in shock. He exclaims, 'God help us all!' realizing the severity of the situation that has just unfolded.

The following day, Mary Heller awakens from a disturbing dream of a vampire attack, which has tormented her since childhood. Seeking guidance from Father David, she learns little, while her friend Lucy suggests that romance could ease her troubled mind.

Meanwhile, the thieves fly with the stolen coffin. An accident causes Nightshade to bleed into the coffin, awakening Dracula, who methodically drains the life force of his captors, escalating the horror.

The chaos culminates as the plane crashes into a swamp near New Orleans, leaving the pilot tied to his seat. Reports of the disaster flood in as the waking nightmare begins to spread.

As news reporter Valerie Sharpe covers the plane crash, Dracula rises from the swamp and transforms her into his second vampiress. His reign of terror intensifies as he seeks more victims.

Matthew and Simon investigate the bodies in town, discovering an unsettling trail of vampiric activity. They manage to destroy some victims, but Solina and Marcus manage to escape.

Matthew reveals to Simon that Dracula is real and that he is Abraham Van Helsing, cursed to live by Dracula's blood. He explains that he has kept Dracula's body since their encounter in 1897.

At a local Virgin Megastore, Lucy deceives Dracula but ultimately falls victim to his charm. She becomes the third vampiress, furthering Dracula's dark influence over the town.

After meeting Mary, Simon faces an ambush from Marcus. In a dramatic turn, he beheads Marcus with a chilling warning, further escalating the confrontation between good and evil.

Mary rushes home to find her father dead at the hands of Dracula and his followers. In anguish, she seeks solace in Simon's arms as they plan their next move.

Mary and Simon confront Dracula, where Mary learns of his true nature as Judas Iscariot. In a climactic battle, Dracula is ultimately destroyed by the morning light, leaving Mary to carry on her father's legacy.
