Dog Man

Officer Knight and his dog Greg start their pursuit of Petey, an evil super genius cat. This engaging chase unfolds across Ohkay City, where Petey's mischievous nature soon becomes apparent.

During the chase, Petey throws a bomb at Knight and Greg while on a rooftop. Despite Knight's efforts to defuse it, the bomb explodes, injuring both of them.

In the hospital, doctors undergo a daring procedure to save Knight and Greg by fusing their bodies. They create a new hero called Dog Man, who embodies the strengths of both characters.

Dog Man quickly becomes a beloved protector of the city, earning the title of 'supa cop.' However, Petey now sees him as his arch-rival, escalating their feud.

The Chief expresses frustration over Dog Man receiving all the credit for their combined efforts. Meanwhile, he secretly harbors feelings for reporter Sarah Hatoff, complicating their professional dynamics.

The Chief orders Dog Man to focus on capturing Petey, setting off a humorous montage of Dog Man thwarting Petey’s various evil plans. Despite his efforts, Petey continually escapes from custody.

In an attempt to create a way to defeat Dog Man, Petey orders a cloning machine. However, the machine unexpectedly produces a small and kind-hearted kitten version of himself, named Li'l Petey.

The Chief informs Dog Man about Flippy, a fish with telekinesis that poses a threat. Despite Dog Man's efforts to safeguard Flippy, Petey manages to steal him, escalating their conflict.

Flippy, under Petey's control, becomes monstrous after being exposed to a special gas. This sets off chaos in the city as Flippy is programmed to attack those who uphold justice.

As Flippy rampages through the city, Dog Man and Petey, both recognizing the threat, decide to form an unlikely alliance. They set aside their rivalry to save Li'l Petey from Flippy's clutches.

Petey grapples with feelings of jealousy and regret over abandoning Li'l Petey. Their relationship is tested as Li'l Petey attempts to bring his father closer to him.

In the climactic battle, Dog Man, Petey, and Li'l Petey confront Flippy. Li'l Petey uses his goodness to turn Flippy into an ally, showcasing the power of friendship.

After a successful showdown against Flippy, Petey and Li'l Petey return home. They come to terms with their relationship, with Petey realizing he can be a better father to Li'l Petey.
