In a dystopian future consumed by lawlessness, Division 19 attempts to restore order using advanced technology. Citizens are given the unprecedented ability to monitor and control prisoners online, dictating aspects of their lives from food and clothing to leisure activities. As the power of this system grows, the distinction between justice and manipulation becomes increasingly unclear, and a resistance movement begins to form, threatening to disrupt the fragile control.
