Dheeran

As a child, Eldhose dives into the river to rescue a grown man named Aruvi from drowning, but he cannot save his own father in the same incident. The act earns him respect in the village and earns him the nickname Dheeran. The story plants the seeds of his reputation as a fearless savior.

Back in the village, panchayat president Abbas hears that Eldhose died in a factory accident in Tamil Nadu. He vows to bring the body back before New Year and begins arranging logistics with the help of others. The mission pulls in key figures like Aruvi and Suramya's family, setting the wheels in motion.

Abbas secures an ambulance from temple worker Spinesh to transport Eldhose's body. Aruvi, Kunjan, Joppan, Dixon, and Suramya’s mother join the journey, while Suramya heads toward Palakkad. The group travels with shared history and individual vendettas, heading into Tamil Nadu.

In a flashback, Aruvi is shown as a man Eldhose once saved who grows into an alcoholic workshop welder. Aruvi's wife elopes with a Bengali assistant, leaving him embittered but loyal to Eldhose. He joins the journey because Eldhose saved his life, highlighting the complex loyalties driving the mission.

It is revealed that Eldhose survived the supposed death and that Saravanan killed another worker, Gireesan, and passed off the body as Eldhose’s while keeping him captive. The villagers realize they were about to lose their kin to a fraud. Eldhose escapes custody with the help of Malli’s daughter.

The villagers arrive at the factory to claim Eldhose’s body and demand compensation. They discover Saravanan is the actual owner and vow to hold him accountable. Eldhose joins the crowd in a confrontation against Saravanan’s men.

During the chaos, Joppan confesses that he added laxatives to the wedding feast due to a quarrel with Kunjan, who catered the event. The revelation adds personal grievance to the mounting turmoil surrounding Suramya and Eldhose. The drama deepens as loyalties are tested.

Abubacker and his men arrive at the scene, turning the confrontation into a full-scale war between rival factions. Eldhose fights alongside the villagers and Abubacker's arrival shapes the outcome. The stage is set for a decisive, violent showdown.

Spinesh lights New Year crackers inside the ambulance, causing an oxygen cylinder to explode. The blast forces the villagers to flee while Saravanan and his men are killed in the chaos. Eldhose survives the resulting carnage and the immediate threat is over.

With the threat vanquished, Eldhose returns to his village, and the people prepare for a New Year without further bloodshed. The long and dangerous journey ends with a quiet homecoming. The community feels a sense of closure as he steps back into everyday life.
