Following a catastrophic plague that wipes out most of humanity, a former hit man, his wife, and their daughter attempt to live peacefully within a survivalist compound. When their refuge is violently attacked and destroyed, they are forced to flee south, seeking the legendary Haven—a rumored sanctuary located far to the north. As they journey through a dangerous landscape overrun by the undead, the father prepares his daughter for the harsh realities of their world, teaching her essential skills in shooting, driving, and survival.
