Dead in Tombstone

On the gallows at dawn in Edendale, Red Cavanaugh speaks with chilling calm, promising that every man at the gallows will die before sunrise. Moments later, the Blackwater gang arrives, slaughters the guards, and frees Red before vanishing into the morning light. The town reels as the escape signals the start of a bloody plan.

Red explains to Guerrero that Edendale's bank vault holds gold ore tied to a mining dispute. Guerrero agrees to steal the ore, but only if deaths are kept to a minimum. The alliance is forged on a knife-edge.

During the bank robbery, Red turns violent and convinces the others to shoot Guerrero. Guerrero is shot, and his comrades turn on him one by one. The betrayal ruptures the plan and seals Guerrero's fate.

Guerrero dies in the aftermath of the betrayal and finds himself in Hell, where he meets Lucifer. The demon offers a stark bargain: return to Earth to kill his six betrayers within 24 hours. The clock begins ticking as the vow is sealed.

One year passes before Guerrero awakens back in a town that now bears his memory as Tombstone. He carries the vow to kill his betrayers and the weight of Hell's bargain. The world he returns to is changed, but his resolve remains.

Ramos returns to his farm and finds two workers slain by a mortal stranger. He steels himself for the confrontation, sensing Guerrero's return without knowing all the details. The hunter's presence hints at a reckoning to come.

Guerrero confronts Ramos, who realizes the stranger before him is the revenant. Ramos is killed, and Guerrero crafts six pine coffins, placing Ramos in one as a grim omen for the others. The grim display signals the count of Red's circle is shrinking.

At a slaughterhouse, Baptiste and Darko face Guerrero's approach. A brutal siege ensues and Guerrero kills Baptiste; Darko warns that a mysterious killer is wiping out their enemies. Washington is sent to the mine to safeguard profits.

The gang converges on the saloon where Guerrero is cornered in a brutal firefight. Calathea, widow of the former sheriff, moves to shoot Red, but Guerrero stops her; Red's horse tramples him in the ensuing panic. Father Paul arrives and explains Guerrero's strange return.

Calathea is moved by Guerrero's plight and joins him; together they set off toward the mine to recover Guerrero's body and confront Red's gang. They face a perilous journey as the pursuit for the gold intensifies.

Inside the mine, marshal Judah Clark is revealed to be aiding Red to gain access to the gold. Betrayal compounds the danger as Red and his remaining men prepare for a final confrontation. Guerrero's group retrieves his body and braces for the inevitable clash.

Guerrero kills Snake with a direct shot to the eye, but is himself shot down. Calathea is captured, and Lucifer returns Guerrero to life with one hour still on the clock. The looming deadline tightens the tension before the final showdown.

With a mob closing in, Red abducts Calathea and faces Guerrero in a climactic duel that becomes brutal hand-to-hand combat. Lucifer cheats with seconds to spare, keeping Guerrero's fate in limbo as the fight rages on. The outcome hinges on the clock and the demon's intervention.

Guerrero emerges victorious just as the timer expires, but his fate isn't settled by a simple win. Inside the church, Lucifer explains that Guerrero must keep killing outlaws to settle his debt to Hell. Guerrero rides off into the countryside, a lone hunter answering the next bounty, leaving Edendale momentarily safe.
