On May 4 1994, the fourth anniversary of Latvia’s break from the Soviet Union, rookie investigator Aldis Karklins is assigned to solve the murder of influential behind‑the‑scenes politician Natalia Nolle. His search drags the 23‑year‑old into a shadowy world of organized crime and lingering KGB conspiracies. The seven‑part miniseries adapts Andris Kolbergs’s novel “Don’t Call Me, Don’t Look for Me! Life of a Soviet Secret Agent.”
