Conjuring Kannappan

Kannappan struggles to find employment and dreams of turning his passion for gaming into a career. He converses with a young boy about gaming, suggesting in-game purchases, which results in the boy spending a significant amount of money. This sets off a chain of events involving threats from the boy's goon uncle.

Kannappan goes to draw water from a neglected well and discovers a dreamcatcher with a voodoo doll attached inside. He unconsciously plucks a feather from the dreamcatcher, inadvertently awakening supernatural forces. That night, he begins experiencing disturbing dreams involving a palace and ghosts.

Kannappan experiences persistent nightmares where he is trapped in a palace with ghostly threats. Feeling anxious and helpless, he contacts the exorcist Ezhumalai, seeking to resolve the supernatural problem haunting him. Ezhumalai begins researching the phenomenon.

Ezhumalai advises Kannappan to keep the dreamcatcher away from others. However, family members, including the goon Devil Armstrong and therapist Dr. Johnny, pluck feathers from it and become trapped in the dream world themselves. Their actions deepen the supernatural complexity of the situation.

Ezhumalai uncovers the history of the palace in Kannappan's dreams, learning about Robert Langdon and Magdalene Ellis from the 1930s, who were trapped in a dream world created by a white witch. Robert's malicious actions and the creation of the dream catcher led to supernatural chaos affecting both real and dream worlds.

Robert used a voodoo doll to trap Magdalene and William in the dream world, killing William and himself, while Magdalene remains trapped. The only way to free them is by using a monkey paw and chanting a spell. Robert's spirit continues to threaten the real world, keeping the trapped souls in torment.

It's revealed that the current houses of Dark Deves and Kannappan are built on the site of the old palace. Ezhumalai, initially willing to guide the group, suffers a heart attack, causing a delay. The group begins devising plans to enter the dream world and confront Robert.

Ezhumalai suggests taking the dream catcher into the dream world and plucking a feather to counter the voodoo curse, though it is risky and may trap them forever if it fails. Kannappan decides to take the risk, believing it is the only way to end the curse and free the souls.

When the feather trick fails, Kannappan burns the voodoo doll of Robert, disrupting his spirit. With Deves' help, they confront and eliminate Robert's spirit, freeing Magdalene and William's souls. The supernatural curse is finally broken, and the group is transported back to reality.

With the supernatural threat resolved, Kannappan is inspired by his experiences and creates a successful video game based on the supernatural events he faced. The ordeal improves his outlook and marks a new beginning, blending his passion for gaming with his newfound experiences.
