Tori Tooms closes her record shop in Placerville for the night, feeling the day's work is complete. After locking up, she heads out with her employee Robbie to unwind with friends.

Tori and Robbie visit their friends Lahna and Jay at a nearby novelty store. They discover a recently recalled animatronic, RoboSanta+, which is made with advanced military-grade technology.

The four friends enjoy a few drinks together, sharing laughter and stories in the novelty store. However, the light-hearted atmosphere soon shifts as Tori and Robbie decide to head to a local bar.

While Tori and Robbie are at the bar, Lahna and Jay engage in intimate moments in the store. Unbeknownst to them, their actions inadvertently awaken the dormant, murderous RoboSanta, setting off a wave of terror.

At the bar, an awkward interaction occurs between Robbie, Tori, and Sheriff Monroe. Tori feels the tension as past events come to light, highlighting the complicated relationships that linger.

After the encounter at the bar, Robbie drives Tori home to continue their evening with more drinks. Little do they know that RoboSanta is on the hunt, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

As Tori looks out her kitchen window, she witnesses the horrifying murder of her neighbors by the relentless RoboSanta. The brutal killing escalates her panic, and she screams for Robbie to call the police.

Tori alerts her sister Liddy and Liddy's husband Mike about the chaos surrounding them. Just as Liddy becomes aware, the killer Santa invades their home, slaying Liddy and Mike in a horrific confrontation.

In a desperate attempt to escape, Tori and Robbie rush outside to his car. However, in the confusion, Robbie crashes into a neighbor's car, only for Santa to emerge and kill Benny, the neighbor.

As Robbie faces a deadly blow from Santa, Officer Smith arrives, responding to their 911 call. He tries to stop Santa with his shotgun but is quickly overpowered, and the situation escalates further.

In a moment of courage, Tori commandeers Officer Smith's patrol car. She crashes it into RoboSanta, attempting to put an end to the chaos, but the robot remains unyielding.

While trying to signal for help, Tori is taken into custody by Officer Bobby Smith, who is skeptical of her claims about the killer Santa. Just then, an ambulance explodes, creating a diversion.

With the explosion providing a distraction, RoboSanta invades the police station and kills Sheriff Monroe and Officer Smith. The chaos within the station leaves Tori desperate for escape.

Tori seizes an opportunity and escapes in an ambulance, with Santa hot on her trail. A harrowing crash ensues, and she manages to jettison Santa out through the windshield.

Returning to her record shop, Tori confronts RoboSanta once more, who is now a mere metal skeleton. In an intense battle, Tori finally causes Santa's circuitry to overload, marking an end to the terror.
