Nirma Sahastrabuddhe begins her career as a Mandarin translator at a travel agency in Mumbai. Her role involves organizing tours for Chinese tourists, though she often gets stuck with less attractive assignments.

Nirma excitedly buys her first car, a symbol of independence and achievement. However, her joy is short-lived as the car is stolen on the very night she brings it home.

Desperate to recover her stolen car, Nirma seeks help from the police, specifically from Officer Siddhivinayak Cop. She learns that if her car is not found within three days, it will be dismantled or shipped out of the city.

After a chance encounter with a captured thief, Nirma is directed to Artist, a notorious conman. She meets him and is embarrassed when she accidentally maces herself, setting the stage for an unusual partnership.

Nirma convinces Artist to help her find her stolen car by assisting him in translating a manual for a Chinese safe. This collaboration begins to unearth Artist's resources and connections within the city.

Artist utilizes a contact named UdanKhatola, who manages coin currency operations, to track down Nirma's car. He discovers that her vehicle has indeed been located, but with a peculiar condition attached to its recovery.

To reclaim her car, Artist learns that he must provide a mobile phone as a gift to the current holder. Nirma's attempt to purchase an iPhone with counterfeit currency ends in panic as she is chased by an angry store owner.

Nirma and Artist discover that her car has already been destroyed, leading to her profound disappointment. However, further investigation reveals that the car is now in the possession of gangster Faiyaz Bhai.

They learn about Faiyaz, who has been spending outrageous amounts on his pet goat, Bahubali. This quirky aspect becomes integral to the next phase of their car recovery plan.

Feeling undervalued and stuck in her job, Nirma decides to quit her position at the travel agency. This decision stems from her growing dissatisfaction with her work environment.

Faiyaz gets approached by a documentary team featuring Bahubali, leading to a vital clue for Nirma. A newspaper photo shows her car parked next to Bahubali, reigniting her hope.

Inspired by Nirma's determination, she and Artist devise a plan to kidnap Bahubali in exchange for her car. The scheme involves using a look-alike goat as part of their clever ruse.

As they execute their plan, Farooq, a caterer, recognizes Artist’s ploy, resulting in a furious chase. In a moment of moral reflection, Nirma opts to return Bahubali, understanding the bond between Faiyaz and his goat.

Moved by Nirma's sincere apology, Faiyaz decides to return her car. This act emphasizes Nirma's growth and understanding of compassion and empathy.

Nirma secures a new job at the Bank of China, ironically becoming a client of her previous employer. Artist finds success as a contestant on a cooking show, highlighting their personal growth.
