Varadhan urges Inspector Rasool Ibrahim, recently suspended for human-rights violations, to track the attackers. He suspects Senapathi's longtime rival, Chinnappadasan, is the mastermind behind the hit. The tension within the family sharpens as they chase leads.

In a meeting with Senapathi's sons, Chinnappadasan denies involvement in the attack. Varadhan then proceeds to murder Chinnappadasan's son-in-law, escalating the feud. The act hardens rivalries and invites retaliation from Chinnappadasan's camp.

Enraged by the killing, Chinnappadasan dispatches men to execute Varadhan, Thyagu, and Ethi. The threat level spikes as hired gunmen close in on the trio. The family braces for a brutal showdown as loyalties begin to fracture.

A gunman shoots Thyagu in the lawn while a mob targets Ethi during a football match, and Varadhan's car is ambushed. The three narrowly survive the coordinated strike. The close call confirms the danger posed by the rival faction and sets in motion a counterstrategy.

Recently discharged from the hospital, Senapathi reconciles with Chinnappadasan at Priya's child's naming ceremony. He hints that he knows the real mastermind behind the attack. The moment marks a rare lull before the storm intensifies again.

Senapathi privately tells Lakshmi that one of their sons is behind the attack, sowing suspicion and division. Thyagu and his family return to Dubai, while Ethi departs for Serbia, further fracturing the family's loyalties. The revelation deepens the conspiracy and heightens the character stakes.
