Liu and Keung are skilled constables and close partners until a minor error gets Keung dismissed. Financial pressure drives him to crime, and Liu tries to help while confronting an internal investigation. At the same time, Liu’s younger brother Raymond is assigned to bust Keung’s gang, putting Liu in a painful dilemma. Keung eventually promises to turn himself in, but the gang’s retaliation leaves little time for redemption.
