When Brer Rabbit discovers that Brer Fox plans to evict Brer Bear on Christmas, he decides to intervene. He enlists the townspeople to stage a homemade version of “A Christmas Carol,” convincing Brer Fox that the ghost of his late friend Brer Wolf has returned. The apparition guides Fox through visions of his past, present and future Christmases, warning him to abandon his miserly ways. Terrified, Brer Fox vows to change, throwing a festive celebration for the entire town.
