Jake, a deranged preacher‑type redneck, hijacks motorists and subjects them to gruesome medical experiments, then sells their harvested organs to the black‑market broker Mr. Stone. His routine is disrupted when he kidnaps April, a disabled woman who proves far more rebellious and difficult to control than his previous victims.
