Paradise Ikagawa Theatre is a run-down strip club where a tight-knit crew scrapes by on late nights and small tips. The core lineup—Lena Jodo, Nene, Maria, Darna, Ginko, and the enigmatic Blue Ogre—keeps the place alive with its own rhythm. The looming debts and dwindling crowds hint that trouble is never far away.

After a return trip from Mexico, Lena is cash-strapped and weary. A drunken encounter with a homeless man ends with her stealing his umbrella, a choice that triggers a chain of consequences she dreads facing again. The morning after brings a blunt reminder that trouble has followed her home.

Manjiro, the Ikagawa Promotions manager, phones Lena with bad news: Ginko has been arrested. There is a ten-day dance slot to fill to steady the theatre’s finances. Lena, exhausted and wary, reluctantly agrees to step in to buy the troupe time.

To keep the troupe afloat, Lena reluctantly accepts the spa show engagement. Manjiro agrees to fund the lineup for the spa event, provided the troupe delivers a spectacle that will satisfy a discerning crowd. The clock starts ticking on the plan.

Lena meets Yudai, who drops a rumor about a family tragedy tied to the neighboring spa and warns that the theatre will shut its doors if they can't land this engagement. He frames the spa show as their last, best chance to stay open. The air grows tense as the stakes rise.

At the spa, workers must enter through the back door, a demeaning rule that the troupe fiercely contests. A wealthy spa attendee pushes for a bizarre challenge—a staged sumo bout between Lena and Ginko. Lena is declared the victor, and Ginko is coerced into becoming the guest’s 'human sushi bar'.

In a reckless turn, Lena sleeps with the lead spa attendee. The dalliance compounds existing tensions within the troupe, sowing distrust between Lena and her friends. The fragile balance begins to crumble at the edges.

Ginko's frustration with Lena’s pattern boils over into a physical confrontation in the dressing room. Shirts rip and boxes topple as anger and resentment spill into the space where they once settled their differences. The moment marks a clear rift between the group.

While the others clean up the aftermath, Maria discovers a door to an underground cellar. There, the troupe uncovers occult books and a sealed Well of Spirits, along with a stash of money and a medieval Book of the Dead. Maria debates necromancy, chanting spells as the others watch in wary disbelief.

The spell seems to work in an unexpected way: corpses and other dead things begin to rise, turning Ikagawa into a nightmarish stage. The threat escalates as undead creatures wander the city and a zombie attacks Darna, reminding the troupe of how close they now are to catastrophe.

The dead form a coordinated threat that engulfs the theatre’s surroundings while Yudai is killed and Nene is bitten. Lena, Nene, and Ginko manage to escape in a battered Paradise Ikagawa Theatre van, but the ride ends in a collision with an elderly pedestrian, forcing them to improvise a new path.

The Well of Spirits releases its dead into the wider world, and the zombies begin to spread across Japan at a frightening speed. Reporters struggle to describe the tide as the living are overwhelmed by the scale of the catastrophe.

As panic widens, Maria betrays her friends and slips away, leaving Lena, Nene, and Ginko to improvise their own escape in a battered van. The bonds that once held them together fray under fear and greed. The trio fights to stay ahead of the night gone mad.

Maria returns to the abandoned spa basement and discovers Darna’s mutilated remains. The zombies reassemble and close in, forcing Maria to improvise one last ploy: flash jewelry and candy to placate them, then turn to the Book of the Dead for a new, desperate spell.

The survivors confront a world where the dead refuse to stay quiet and the living must decide whether to fight or flee. The past haunts them as the undead spread and the film closes on a note of uneasy ambiguity about what comes next.
