Officer Blanca Bravo travels to Juárez, Mexico—a hub of corporate exploitation and sex tourism—to investigate a series of murders of female migrant workers. With no cooperation from locals, her pursuit of justice is hampered by indifference and corruption. Her investigation pits her against Mickey Santos, a Mexican mogul who preys on young prostitutes.
