André Laroche, a wealthy industrialist, dies. At his burial his wife Anne de Vierne reveals to their son François that Laroche was actually the gentleman thief Arsène Lupin and that François is his natural son. Lupin also fathered Gérard Dagmar, a dancer‑magician‑burglar, with a housemaid. François hunts the Poldavia treasure to honor his father’s wishes, but Gérard repeatedly thwarts him. The brothers must decide whether to clash or unite.
