Three friends from Delhi vanish in the small village of Jhanjhar. Two months pass with no leads, and media coverage along with student protests demand action from authorities. The disappearance sets off a nationwide call for accountability.

The government orders a CBI inquiry into the case. Officers Sidhant Chaturvedi and Pratap Kumar are assigned to uncover what happened. They must navigate a web of local corruption and intimidation.

Investigators find the car used by the three men in the local river, clearly staged to look like an accident. Sidhant quickly traces that the car was lowered into the water with a crane. The discovery marks the first concrete lead in a case veiled by influence and fear.

As the investigation gains momentum, members of Shool Sena assault the officers. Sidhant locates the crane owner and is about to arrest him when a jeep crashes into him. The suspect reappears later in a police station, complicating custody and signaling interference.

Roshni, daughter of a powerful villager Omkar Sukur, and Geeta, Ajatshatru's wife and Pratap's former love, become crucial witnesses. Roshni's SIM is found in the recovered car, tying her to the case and prompting a bid to arrest her despite Omkar's resistance. The investigation widens beyond the village.

Dinu, a Dalit teen, loved Roshni and hoped for his admission to Delhi medical college. He, along with two friends, travels to elope with Roshni, but their escape is thwarted as Omkar's men intercept them and Roshni is taken away. Ajatshatru is present at the scene.

Sidhant files a case in court, but it unravels because no bodies are recovered and Roshni cannot identify Ajatshatru in a lineup. The judge is shown to be complicit with Omkar and the police, undermining the legal process. The investigation stalls as influential interests block progress.

Dalit protesters march to demand justice, but the police brutally break up the demonstration. That night, a mob led by Shool Sena attacks the village, and Jamunia's son is killed. The attack heightens communal tensions and fear.

With mounting pressure, the CBI pulls Sidhant aside for allegedly turning the case into a communal riot. He is urged to close the investigation, which only fuels determination to reveal the truth. The tension between investigators and authority grows.

Geeta convinces Jamunia to disclose what she knows, but Jamunia is abducted on the way. Sidhant and Pratap pursue the kidnapping and eventually locate Jamunia alongside a harrowing clue: her tongue has been cut. The brutality underscores the stakes of exposing the conspiracy.

Geeta reveals she witnessed Omkar and Ajatshatru killing the three boys, providing crucial testimony that allows the CBI to locate the bodies. The revelation confirms a broader conspiracy and implicates powerful figures. The search for justice accelerates.

Ajatshatru discovers Geeta's cooperation and intensifies his cruelty toward her. Pratap and Sidhant hack phones and collect CCTV evidence to corner the criminals. In a brutal confrontation at a saloon, Pratap wounds Ajatshatru and the team closes in; they also coerce a henchman to testify.

After a court sentencing, Jamunia takes matters into her own hands and kills the remaining criminals. Sidhant provides her with the weapon, and the cycle of violence draws to a close as truth comes to light. The film ends on a note of gritty vigilante justice.
